Maintaining mental wellness is something many of us struggle with throughout our lives. The stress and pressures of college life affect each individual differently. Stress is the most common cause of ill health in our society, constituting 70% of all visits to family doctors. Whether you are feeling lonely, depressed, or simply require emotional support, this website contains a variety of resources where assistance can be reached.

College life is a hectic one which requires not only physical health, but also a keen sense of mental health. We all succumb to stress every once in awhile, but sometimes the stress gets the best of us, inhibiting our daily lives and overall mental health. Maintaining mental health is key to your success here at Penn State, and if you think you need help, seek it out at one of the many services offered in the area. Whether through the Center for Counseling & Psychological Services(CAPS), or through one of the downtown establishments, the Jolt can help you get what you need.

Check out the links at the bottom for a wide variety of services, even that of spiritual health and sleep deprivation.
